Coffee Conversations with Greg J: Time out for Mental Health with Yeshiva Davis

There is so much going on this week. We are still in the throes of a global pandemic. Quarantine, masks, social distancing…. economic uncertainty, loss of jobs… the world isnt what is started out to be on January 1, 2020….. And now add to the mix, the stress of seeing a lynching…. murder…. by police… As GEorge Floyd, a 46 year ld black man was taken into custody by Minneapolis police but hel on the ground with the police officers knee on his neck for nearly 9 minnutes… the nation – no check that, the world has exploded into flames ….. protests by the hundreds of thousands…… wow… and then we look to the nation’s capitol… shenanigans and craziness…. our mental health is challenged. Our sense of normalcy is overturned….

And so we stop to turn to our favorite therapist Yeshiva Davis ,to hear coping skills, stress relief tips and more…..
